Consulting
QAI provides consulting services to software and IT organizations for implementing SW-CMM®, CMMI®, PCMM®, ISO 9000, and other framework-based approaches for process improvement. QAI has been on the forefront for providing consulting and assessment services for CMMI®, the latest model released by SEI.

QAI provides process improvement consulting services related to COPCSM, Six Sigma, HR consulting, etc. to Customer Contact Centers and BPO organizations.

All these services are targeted at helping the organizations achieve operational and service excellence.

Training
QAI has trained over 75,000 practicing professionals from leading multinationals, private and public sector companies, and defense organizations. It conducts public as well as in-house programs for CMMI®, Six Sigma (Black Belt, Green Belt, Six Sigma Awareness), COPCSM Registered Coordinator Training, and two-day COPCSM training.

QAI instructors are authorized by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) to conduct SEI's official "Introduction to Capability Maturity Model (CMM)®" and "Introduction to Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI®)" courses.

e-Learning
QAI aims to disseminate its Software Engineering and Management experience and expertise through its e-Learning initiative—QAI eSchool.

The eSchool aims to provide web-based learning content on Software Engineering, Process, and Quality to software professionals and their organizations across the world. Currently, the eSchool portfolio has 44 courses including "The QAI & Dr. Pressman Series". It also has courses on Six Sigma.

Certification
QAI offers the Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and the Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certifications to professionals. QAI also offers the COPCSM Registered Coordinator Training and COPCSM certification in India. Several leading BPO organizations are QAI's customers for certification of their employees.

Assessments & appraisals
QAI has been providing CMM®, CMMI®, PCMM® based assessments for several years across diverse industries and sectors in several countries.

QAI has seven SW-CMM Lead Assessors, two PCMM Lead Assessors, ten SCAMPI Lead Appraisers, one SPICE Assessor, two COPC Lead Auditors, and several Six Sigma Black Belts.

QAI Lead Assessors are amongst the most experienced assessors. They are acknowledged thought leaders and have been active for several years.

Benchmarking
QAI, in collaboration with QSM Inc., USA, offers a benchmarking service for the software industry in India and abroad. The service converts historical project data from organizations into a report with rich and actionable insights that can be used in internal process improvement. QSM database comprises over 6400 projects.

Conferences
QAI, in collaboration with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) organizes the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) Conference in Asia. The SEPG Conference is the largest gathering of the Software Process Improvement community.

QAI also organizes the Annual International Software Testing Conference in Asia. This Conference aims to bring the best of the entire testing Community on one platform. QAI also organizes series of discussion forums known as the Colloquium Session to bring together the best of the industry in various specified fields to share their best practices, ideas and knowledge.
